Dear Parents/Caregivers,
Happy Friday!
As the weather is about to turn very cold next week, could you please ensure that your children come to school with a coat every day. We tend to go out at break and lunchtimes unless it is heavy rain. Also, please ensure your child is in the correct uniform every day, with a buttoned shirt and tie - These MUST be named. We have a lot of lost property left over that can be checked through after school.

Mike Mullen
A big thank you to Mike Mullen for coming into school today and showing the children how to do tricks on BMXs. The children really loved it and we were so impressed with how they all embraced the challenge. We will include photos of the day in next week's newsletter.

All children have a Reading Record to take home.
- Spelling words - please practise these at home by revising them from your spelling and times table notebook and by writing them down. This week we are up to Spelling rule 46 - Words containing the letter string ough
- Times table practise - next week we are looking at 9’s. Please practise these at home by revising them from your spelling and times table notebook and by writing them down.
- TTRS/Sumdog - lots of practice on these amazing programmes that complement what we learn at school. Please see your reading diaries for login details or message your class teacher using Dojo.
Have a fab weekend!
